We have service level agreements with all our clients which include general cleaning of offices, kitchens and hygiene areas as well as deep cleaning and carpet cleaning. Our friendly and efficient teams undertake regular training and we invest in specialist equipment to carry out all tasks to a high standard.

Windows

Whenthird party contractors are engagedfor specific cleaning projects such as windows and brickwork, we will monitor the work to ensure compliance with service level agreements and Health and Safety regulations.

Toilet Control

In all our managed buildings the toilets are cleaned and checked at regular intervals throughout the day and water is tested every three months for Legionellosis.

Pest Control

Our cleaning team can deal with many pests, such as wasps and mice, but if there is a serious infestation, our organisation can supply one of our qualified experts to eradicate the problem.
