It's important to maintain accurate records and ensure problems are dealt with efficiently, but other day to day management tasks often take priority. So when we are managing your facilities we take care of the paperwork, while you get on with running your business. Our reporting systems are designed to suit the way you work - some clients prefer monthly updates in hard copy format, others ask for the information to be presented at management meetings to encourage open discussion.

Data Collection / Reporting

We maintain accurate records and data in order to provide our clients with regular reports, including monthly budgetary expenditure and maintenance of Service Level Agreements.

Fault Logging

We keep Fault Logs in all the buildings we manage, in accordance with Service Level Agreements.

We liaise with suppliers to ensure faults are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, and in accordance with current HSE legislation.
