Utilities Management

With so much volatility in the market, keeping track of your energy usage and availability of new tariffs is an ongoing task. But effective utility monitoring doesn't only produce budget savings, it also shows that your organisation is serious about reducing emissions and tackling climate change.

Energy efficiencies.

One of the signs of a well managed building is the efficient use of resources. We can audit and monitor your energy and water usage, produce monthly reports highlighting areas of concern and make recommendations for improvements, including the installation of smart meters for remote monitoring of energy usage.

We also work with our clients when introducing new technologies during refits and refurbishments, in order that our staff are trained to operate the equipment and maintain fuel stocks from non-traditional suppliers. One of our managed new-builds in Ashford, for example, is heated using a 'wood pellet' boiler system fuelled by recycled sawdust.

Recycling

We are committed to the principles of 'reduce, reuse and recycle'. We are always seeking to reduce the use of natural resources by limiting waste. All the buildings we manage have recycling policies covering paper, plastics, batteries, aluminium cans and printer toner cartridges.
